How To Order & Pay

Here’s how you can shop with us:

1. Log in to your account.

New customer? Sign up to create your account.

2. Browse and select your products.

• If you’re buying contact lenses, proceed to Step 3.
• If you’re buying sunglasses, skip to Step 3.1.

3. For contact lenses:

• Select the options: Colour, Quantity, Power, Axis, Base Curve (as required).
• Tick the box confirming you have had an eye exam by a registered optometrist.
• You may also upload your prescription for faster processing.

3.1. For sunglasses:
Add your chosen item(s) to cart and continue shopping if needed.

4. Review your cart.
Click the cart icon at the top right corner to view your selected item(s).

5. Proceed to checkout.

• Once you’re happy with your selection, click “Check Out”.
• Don’t forget to claim any free gifts (if applicable)!
• And remember to read our Terms and Conditions.

6. Enter your details.
Fill in your shipping information, apply any promo codes, and provide payment details.

7. Complete your payment.
Click “Pay Now” to finalize your purchase.

 

8. Order confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly. Sit back and relax and your order is on its way!

(Loyalty points will only be recorded if logged in to account before purchasing. Redeem the discount vouchers with accumulated points.)
